About the Role

• Produce and execute a monthly content calendar (~3 posts/week).

• User/Org Updates: Impact stories, new feature launches, and announcements.
• Translator Community: Testimonials, stories, meetups, and milestones.

• Produce and distribute two monthly newsletters using BeeFree (design) and Sendy (distribution):

• User Newsletter: For beneficiaries, featuring announcements, testimonials, and updates.
• Translator Newsletter: Curating content from the Translation Team on community highlights and opportunities.

• Draft and send one-off email updates for specific announcements, such as new features and reminders, to targeted user or translator lists via Sendy.
• Manage the end-to-end workflow from drafting in Google Drive to final distribution.

3. Content Creation & Storytelling

• Research, write, and publish blog posts, landing pages, and campaign assets as needed.

4. Digital Advertising Support

• Ongoing management and adjustment of Google Ads campaigns.
• Support efforts focused on user acquisition and B2B outreach.
• Monitor performance and suggest optimizations.

Desired Experience & Skills

Qualifications & Experience

• 2+ years of experience in a digital marketing, social media, or coordinator role.
